If you are eligible to an Access to Work grant, you can access 1:1 services for neurodivergent people at little to no cost. This includes guidance on screening, workplace needs assessments, workplace and career coaching, and training in assistive technologies. They also provide free resources and articles via their website.

ADHD Support
ADHD UK
Access information and online support groups for people with ADHD, by people with ADHD. They provide a diagnostic pathway and information about the Right to Choose campaign, as well as a wide range of articles about ADHD in the workplace.

National Autistic Society
Provide advice and guidance around the challenges autistic people and their families help. They have a helpline and an online community platform, as well as local branches where you can access support. Includes access to advice, guidance and support for autistic people seeking employment or in employment, as well as their employers.
